At TinySmile Shop, we are committed to providing safe, hygienic, and high-quality baby oral care products.

We offer a 30-day limited guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects and order issues only.

Eligible cases include:
• Damaged items upon arrival  
• Incorrect item received  
• Defects present before use

Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days only for items that are:

• Unopened  
• In original sealed packaging  

Due to the nature of our product, the Baby Mouth Cleaner is a single-use disposable hygiene item.

For health and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
• Opened or used products  
• Items removed from sealed packaging  
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering  

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
